Welcome to Concept Catering website! Here you can organize your own event by selecting and ordering the necessary snacks, dishes, furniture, and services. For ordering purposes, we offer you step-by-step instructions: please follow the steps described below to make the process of using our website as comfortable as possible.

1. Choose from the website main menu the section you are interested in: Menu, Catalogue of dishes, Dishes, Furniture or Personnel.

2. In each section, there is an additional filter on the left side of the presented positions. Use it for a quick selection of the required positions.

3. By clicking on the image of the product or service, you will be taken to the description page. Specify the required quantity and click “Order” to add the product to your cart.

4. After you have selected all desired positions, go to the Shopping cart section. Check the goods and their quantity. If necessary, you can change the quantity of the goods or remove them from your Shopping cart.

5. Please fill in your contact details, specify the number of guests, as well as the time and place of the event. Then click on “Checkout” and our manager will contact you to clarify the details of your order.

6. After confirmation and agreement of the order with the manager – you can pay for your order in any convenient way:
– in cash via the corporate office;
– online by bank cards;
– with the help of electronic payment systems;
– by wire transfer.

1. The minimum order amount without service is RUR 15’000. Orders are accepted no later than 24 hours before the upcoming event.

2. The “Menu” section contains ready solutions for your event.

3. When ordering a banquet, cocktail party and coffee break with service, the standard set of tableware is already included in the cost of dishes.

4. When ordering furniture and tableware a deposit is required (the amount of which is to be discussed separately).

5. We offer special cooperation conditions to our loyal customers.

Yes, the tasting can be done at our production site, at the client’s premises or at a separately rented site. The tasting of our dishes is free of charge if the order is made afterwards.
