This Personal Data Processing Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing and measures to ensure the security of personal data at Concept Catering LLC (hereinafter — the Operator).

Transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out only in the following cases:

  • when engaging contractors and partners
  • in cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation

The Operator ensures compliance with confidentiality and security of personal data.

8. Terms of Processing and Storage of Personal Data

Personal data is processed and stored:

  • until the purposes of processing are achieved
  • or until the user withdraws consent
  • or for the periods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation

After that, the data is subject to deletion or anonymization.

9. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

The user has the right to:

  • receive information about their personal data
  • request clarification, blocking, or deletion of data
  • withdraw consent to processing
  • appeal the Operator's actions

10. Personal Data Protection Measures

The Operator implements necessary legal, organizational, and technical protection measures, including:

  • preventing information leaks

12. Final Provisions

This Policy is effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

The current version is published on the Concept Catering website.
