Immersive Programs

A format in which the kitchen and service become part of the event scenario. The entire team participates in the program — chefs, waitstaff, and service team — while dish presentation turns into an element of the gastronomic performance.

Cooking Masterclasses

An interactive format where guests participate in the cooking process together with the chef. Suitable for corporate events, intimate dinners, and gastronomic programs where guest engagement and a lively atmosphere matter.

Live Cooking Stations

Live kitchen stations where dishes are prepared directly in front of guests. This format creates the atmosphere of an open kitchen and allows guests to watch the cooking process while receiving dishes immediately after preparation.

Ideally — 7–14 days before the event. This allows enough time to coordinate the menu, logistics, and service.

In some cases, we also take on urgent projects. The minimum preparation time is from three days for a small buffet event for 30–100 guests in Moscow.

The number of guests is not a limitation for us. What matters more is the event format and the overall project budget.

We work with both intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests.

Preparation takes place in several stages:
— discussing the task and event format
— developing the menu and service concept
— project calculation and commercial proposal
— approval of details and agreement
— event execution

This sequence allows all processes to be built in advance.
