Pavel and Irina's Wedding — An Intimate Wedding with Chinese Accents
This was a format of a private family celebration where the atmosphere is more important than the scale. The wedding at their own country house in Snegiri was built around lively communication, free movement of guests, and an evening buffet outdoors. Chinese lanterns and the soft glow of garlands added a delicate Eastern character to the event, while maintaining the feeling of a homey and truly personal celebration.
What We Did
Concept and Script
We created an intimate celebration format where guests could freely move between areas, socialize, and experience the event without a rigid banquet structure. The script included a smooth transition from the welcome area to the cold buffet and evening BBQ, maintaining the lightness, rhythm, and natural dynamics of the entire evening.
Gastro Accents and Presentation
The key highlight was the Little China station featuring Peking duck and spring rolls, which seamlessly integrated into the overall concept of the garden and evening lighting. Guests received dishes at the moment of preparation, enhancing the effect of a live kitchen presence and making gastronomy a part of the atmosphere rather than just a service.
Organization and Service
The Concept Catering team provided a complete production cycle: equipment delivery, area setup, hot line connection, and synchronized operation of chefs and service staff. We maintained presentation accuracy, service neatness, and visual aesthetics throughout the event, ensuring comfort for 40 guests.

In some cases, we also take on urgent projects. The minimum preparation time is from three days for a small buffet event for 30–100 guests in Moscow.
We work with both intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests.

This sequence allows all processes to be built in advance.
We regularly organize events in different cities across Russia and are also open to considering international projects if the event format and logistics allow it.
Before the event, we analyze the possibilities of the space: kitchen preparation areas, logistics, power supply, and service organization.
