Europe Day
The foundation of the project was clear service organization, stable operation during a high flow of guests, and a well-thought-out serving structure.
Europe Day
The reception for Europe Day in Moscow brought together representatives of European embassies, officials, and the business and cultural community of the capital. The event for 600 guests required precise coordination, high-speed service, and a well-structured gastronomic offering capable of operating under a constant flow of guests.
What We Did
Concept and Protocol Logic
We established a unified service system where the central buffet line operated smoothly and without overload, ensuring simultaneous comfort for a large number of guests. The concept formation took into account the diplomatic status of the event, service requirements, and the necessity for strict organizational discipline.
Coordination of International Zones
A separate focus was the work with the gastronomic zones of European embassies. We ensured the integration of their formats into the overall reception structure, assisted with the organization of service, tableware, and logistics, and synchronized processes so that each zone operated autonomously while remaining part of a unified scenario.
Organization of the Buffet and Service
The team was responsible for the production of the main buffet, equipment setup, hall operations, and mobile rotation of appetizers. With 600 guests, maintaining the rhythm of service and constant updating of the assortment without overwhelming the guests while preserving a high level of service was key.

In some cases, we also take on urgent projects. The minimum preparation time is from three days for a small buffet event for 30–100 guests in Moscow.
We work with both intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests.

We regularly organize events in different cities across Russia and are also open to considering international projects if the event format and logistics allow it.
Before the event, we analyze the possibilities of the space: kitchen preparation areas, logistics, power supply, and service organization.
