The event was built around gastronomic stations with live serving and an interactive service format.

Tegola Picnic — Interactive Stations and Culinary Journey for Guests

Tegola Picnic — Interactive Stations and Culinary Journey for Guests

This was the kind of format where food doesn't just 'sit on the table', but comes to life: guests stroll, taste, return for their favorite flavors, and have time to chat — because each station offers its own reason to stop. The highlight of the evening was the interactive stations: prosciutto slicing, porchetta, wood-fired pizza, and hot BBQ, which turn catering into a mini festival.

What We Did

Concept and Scenario

We created a 'gastro street' so that guests wouldn't line up in a single line, but rather spread out according to their interests: some for pizza, some for prosciutto, and some for BBQ. This eliminates queues, adds movement, and makes the event lively.

Interactive Stations

Launched several points with a 'presence effect': slicing prosciutto and porchetta in front of guests, Roman pizza, a cheese display, and a BBQ station. At such stations, people linger not just for the food — but for the experience.

Organization and Service

We provided logistics, setup/breakdown, staff management, and supplies. As a result, the format appears effortless — because everything is supported by calculation and discipline.

Review

The format of animated gastronomic stations turned out to be the perfect solution for our corporate event. The Concept Catering team professionally organized the space, service, and kitchen for 500 guests, creating an atmosphere of a true gastronomic festival.

Ideally — 7–14 days before the event. This allows enough time to coordinate the menu, logistics, and service.

In some cases, we also take on urgent projects. The minimum preparation time is from three days for a small buffet event for 30–100 guests in Moscow.
The number of guests is not a limitation for us. What matters more is the event format and the overall project budget.

We work with both intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests.
Preparation takes place in several stages:
— discussing the task and event format
— developing the menu and service concept
— project calculation and commercial proposal
— approval of details and agreement
— event execution

This sequence allows all processes to be built in advance.
Concept Catering is based in Moscow, where our production and operational team are located.

We regularly organize events in different cities across Russia and are also open to considering international projects if the event format and logistics allow it.
Yes. We work both at client venues and at recommended locations.
