Tegola Picnic — Interactive Stations and Culinary Route for Guests
The event was built around gastronomic stations with live serving and an interactive service format.
Tegola Picnic — Interactive Stations and Culinary Route for Guests
This was the kind of format where food doesn’t just 'sit on the table,' but comes to life: guests stroll, taste, return for their favorite flavors, and have time to chat — because each station has its own reason to stop. The highlight of the evening was the interactive stations: prosciutto slicing, porchetta, oven-baked pizza, and hot BBQ, which turned catering into a small festival.
What We Did
Concept and Script
We created a 'gastro street' so that guests wouldn't line up in a single front, but rather spread out according to their interests: some for pizza, some for prosciutto, and others for BBQ. This eliminates queues, adds movement, and makes the event lively.
Interactive Stations
We launched several points with a 'presence effect': slicing prosciutto and porchetta in front of guests, Roman pizza, a cheese display, and a BBQ station. At these stations, people linger not just for the food — but for the experience.
Organization and Service
We provided logistics, setup/breakdown, staff operations, and consumables. The result was a format that appears effortless — because everything inside is held together by calculation and discipline.

In some cases, we also take on urgent projects. The minimum preparation time is from three days for a small buffet event for 30–100 guests in Moscow.
We work with both intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests.
— discussing the task and event format

This sequence allows all processes to be built in advance.
We regularly organize events in different cities across Russia and are also open to considering international projects if the event format and logistics allow it.
Before the event, we analyze the possibilities of the space: kitchen preparation areas, logistics, power supply, and service organization.
