This was an unconventional New Year corporate event in a fully immersive format. Guests were immersed in the atmosphere of a conditional 'mental health clinic', where every element — from costumes to dish presentation — supported the chosen theme.
The medical aesthetics were taken to maximum expressiveness: gowns, masks, insulin syringes, test tubes, pipettes, droppers, laboratory glassware, dry ice, and smoke. The space transformed into a theatrical stage where gastronomy became part of the script.
What We Did
Concept and Script
We developed an immersive concept for the New Year's corporate party with complete visual and gastronomic immersion. Every element of the space contributed to a unified story: medical gowns, masks, laboratory dishes, droppers, dry ice, and smoke created an atmosphere of a theatrical experiment.
Gastronomy and Presentation
We built the menu around unusual presentation and visual associations. Dishes were served in test tubes, mini-pipettes, syringes, and laboratory glassware, turning the buffet into part of the storyline. The gastronomy functioned not only as a service but also as an element of entertainment and guest engagement.
Organization and Design
We prepared thematic decor for the space, kitchen operations, and service team, as well as logistics for serving and props. All areas of the event were synchronized with the concept to maintain the effect of complete immersion throughout the evening.
