CHAPEAU-MOSFUR 2017. Buffet at Gostiny Dvor
CHAPEAU-MOSFUR is an annual professional exhibition of the headwear and fur industry, which took place in 2017 at Gostiny Dvor. The event brought together representatives of the fashion industry, designers, buyers, and partners.
Our task was to organize a buffet for 500 guests within the dynamic exhibition format. It was important to ensure a high level of service, maintain the visual aesthetics of the space, and create a gastronomic area that matched the status of an international fashion event.
What We Did
Concept and Visual Architecture
The presentation was built on strict geometry and multi-level metal structures. Black textiles, glass, and slate created a modern and concise visual composition that seamlessly integrated into the exhibition space and emphasized its status.
Gastronomic Line
The menu was crafted with the business format of the event in mind: light cold appetizers, mini canapés with roast beef and baked peppers, salmon in spoons with sauce, skewers with shrimp and pineapple, cheese balls in greens, profiteroles with pâté, portioned salads in glasses, and desserts based on berry mousses and panna cotta. Additionally, stations with croissants, fruits, and homemade lemonades were organized, as well as a wine line and coffee.
Organization and Service
For the service of 500 guests, a clear logistics plan for serving and distributing buffet areas was established. The staff operated in a business format, ensuring quick service and maintaining the neatness of the lines throughout the event.

In some cases, we also take on urgent projects. The minimum preparation time is from three days for a small buffet event for 30–100 guests in Moscow.
We work with both intimate gatherings and events for several hundred guests.
— discussing the task and event format
— developing the menu and service concept
— project calculation and commercial proposal
— approval of details and agreement
— event execution
This sequence allows all processes to be built in advance.
We regularly organize events in different cities across Russia and are also open to considering international projects if the event format and logistics allow it.
Before the event, we analyze the possibilities of the space: kitchen preparation areas, logistics, power supply, and service organization.
